This is absolutely an healthy relaxing Dinner for my family when we actually feel like making nothing and then suddenly realise that there is a way out to bring us out from this lazy spirits and thus getting all geared up, whip this beautiful looking Pasta dish in a pure Desi style with our locally available ingredients and keeping it as simple as possible. This was an excellent idea for Dinner and was made in just a few minutes. And it's always a good choice when you feel low or does not want to cook much. It actually works and you are done without much efforts too. Therefore it's every bit a fruitful idea.

Steps

Heat Oil and saute Onions with Garlic mince on a low heat until they are translucent. Add Green Chillies and the rest of the spices along with the Tomato paste. Saute everything until about 5 minutes or so.

Simultaneously cook Pasta with half of the Salt added. Cook it al dente. Drain and add directly to the sauce in the other cooking pot. Give it a good mix and add Cheese as a final step of it's preparation. Also add a generous amount of finely chopped Coriander Leaves.

Mix and cover to just melt the Cheese. Serve it piping hot immediately with Garlic Bread or buttered Pav alongside. Enjoy!
