Marinate
3 tbspchar siew sauce (lee kum kee) (cheating)
1.5 tbsp5-spice powder
2 tbspwhite pepper
3 tbspsugar
4 tbsplight soy sauce
3 tbspdark soy sauce
3 tbsptau chew
3 tbspoyster sauce
8 tbsphoney
2 tbspchinese rice wine/ black vinegar
2 tspoyster sauce

Cut into 1" thick strips

Marinate strips of meat overnight

Pre-heat oven to 250C/480F

Grill for ~30 minutes. Glazing meat at 5-8 min intervals. Flip at 15 min mark. Bring closer to heat source at 20 min mark for burnt bits
