Ingredients

  • Suji batter
  • 2 cupsuji
  • 2 cupcurd
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • Pinchsoda carb
  • Aloo paste
  • 3-4boiled aloo
  • 2onion
  • 1green chilli
  • 2-3garlic cloves
  • leavesCurry
  • 1/2 tsprai leaves
  • as per tasteSpices
  • Tempering
  • 1 tspRai
  • 1 tbspOil
  • leavesCurry
  • 1 tspHaldi
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder

Steps

    In bowl add suji & curd, salt & mix it well & leave it for 15 mins

    Make aloo filling as you like

    Make roll of that aloo & keep aside

    Now the suji has become fluffy add little water & make like idili batter & in mean while Take idli maker & boil the water

    Take a steel glass & grease the glass & then put some batter in glass then put aloo roll & then batter again to cover the paste

    Put in steamer & make steam for some time till whistle come

    Now take the glass out from steamer & take the roll out from glass with help of knife

    Now take a pan heat the oil put some rai & haldi, chilli powder & curry leaves

    Now roll the steam roll in pan

    Cut the roll in disc shape
