It's a very yummy dish,you can make it for kid's tiffin,kids will love it or serve according to your choice or as a snack.
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl take flour,oil,salt and water as required and by kneading it prepare a semi-stiff dough.

Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan,add chopped onion and saute for 1 minute on medium flame.

Now add all dry spices and salt and mix well altogether.

Add boiled potato and kasuri methi,mix well along with spices for 1 minute, switch off the flame and let it cool down.

Divide dough in equal parts of balls,roll chapati,put 2 tsp potato stuffing over it and seal it nicely from the edges and prepare a roll.

Heat oil in a pan an deep fry all the rolls on low to medium flame until it becomes golden and crispy.

Cut into pieces and it's ready to serve with tomato sauce or any dip of your choice.
