Lightly roast besan till it changes colour.Add ghee and fry till you get the roasted aroma of besan.Set aside to cool slightly.Grind sugar into powder.Chop the nuts.Add powdered sugar,nuts,raisins and crushed cardamom and mix well.

Take a portion of the dough and press with your fingers to form into lemon sized balls.Spread lightly roasted sesame seeds on a plate.Smear all balls in sesame seeds.Store in airtight container.Serve delicious besan til ladoo as dessert or anytime with a cup of tea.
