Take a bowl add citric acid water make a mixture of it keep aside then bring milk bowl in a vessel when the milk is boil add half glass water so that milk is cool down fast then switch off the gas flame add the citric acid mixture in milk mix well.

Now rinse the chenna running water to remove the acidic flavour hang it for two hrs.after two hrs add cornflour and smashed chenna make small balls and make a sugar syrup dip all the chenna balls put your gas flame high this will take 12 mins.

After 12 min add cardamon powder you will see your chenna balls are double in size. You want to eat hot have it otherwise keep in the freeze for 20 min to chill down the have it enjoy.
