Ingredients

4 servings
  • olive oil
  • 0,7 kgSteak, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tspfreshly ground black pepper
  • 1small onion, half slices
  • 2 clovesgarlic, crushed
  • 1thumb-sized ginger, finally chopped
  • 1green bell pepper, julienne cut
  • 1red bell pepper, julienne cut
  • 1carrot, julienne cut
  • 2baby morrows, julienne cut
  • Sauce
  • 1 cupwater
  • 4 tblssoy sauce
  • 1 tblssugar
  • 1 tspcornstarch
  • 2 tspfreshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tblsworcester sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat plate, meduim to high.

  2. 2

    Mix together all the sauce ingredients and put one side.

  3. 3

    Toss the steak with pepper, until the pepper completely coats the beef.

  4. 4

    Add some oil to a pan. Place the beef in and fry until browned.

  5. 5

    Put all the veggies in and fry until tender crisp.

  6. 6

    Pour the sauce in, bring it to a boil and allow the sauce to thicken.

  7. 7

    Serve over a bed of rice, noodles or enjoy just like that.
