Bharwa brinjal-aloo
Sabji without onion and garlic. Spicy and yummy😋
Steps

Take a bowl add the paste, dry spices. Mix well. Add salt.

Wash the brinjal and potatoes. Cut the brinjal in the centre till the stem and the potatoes also. Now stuff the veggies.

Heat oil and allow it to smoke. Then add the stuffed brinjal and potatoes. Add water. Cover and cook until tender.

Whisk the curd and add it to the sabji. Mix well. Add sugar, ghee. Cover and cook for another 5minutes. Now remove it in a serving bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves.
