  • 6Lamps
  • Marinade
  • Chop parsley
  • Oil for greesing pan
  • Lemon for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinade your lamps with marinade sauce (I blend red pepper,onion,ginger,parsley and garlic

    Allow it to marinade for atleast 1 hour

    Greace ur oven pan and transfer the marinade lamps

    Grilled the lamps on a low heat for 25-30 minutes or untill very soft

  5. 5

    After grilling transfer it to serving plate and garnish with parsley and lemon.enjoy
