Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupmuffuletta olive salad see my recipe
  • 1/2 poundmacaroni elbows
  • 2 quartwater
  • 4medium eggs
  • 1 quartwater
  • 1 tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoongranulated onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonground Hungarian paprika
  • 1-1/2 tablespoonschopped chives

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the eggs in a quart of water. Boil the macaroni in 4 quart of water with olive oil, and salt, as instructed on package. When pasta is done drain and add spices and chives.

    Add the Muffaletta salad, mayonnaise, and mix. Peel and chop the eggs. Stir together well.
