First of all marinate meat with salt and mustard oil for 30 minutes

In the mean while sliced 2 onions and deep fry them till golden brown color. Than take out and crushed by hand. Keep a side

Take 3 onions grind them and remove all the water by squeezing with the help of cloth.

Now add all the ingredients into meat including fried onions and other onion. Mix everything well and keep for marination for 8-10 hr or overnight in refrigerator

Take bamboo skewers and soak them in water.

Than skew meat piece on the skewer and keep a side.

Now take a tawa and add oil it and put these skewers on that. Cook on medium heat when cook from one side flip to other side.

Cook all the skewers like this

Now take one piece of coal put on flame and burn it. Than give coal smoke to bihari kabab by adding oil on coal. Put coal on aluminum foil. Cover for few minutes and than remove coal piece

Enjoy with salad and chutney with pararha
