Steps

Dry roast poppy seeds.

Deseed the dry dates

Fry Tragacanth gum in Ghee
- 4
Prepare cardamom powder
- 5
Crush the nutmeg
- 6
Grind dry Coconut, dry dates, Bhilawa Seeds, Cashews, Raisins, Almonds to the rough powder.

Mix jaggery to it

Add poppy seeds, cardamom powder, dry ginger powder, black pepper powder, crushed nutmeg powder.

Mix all above ingredients nicely
