Fresh gnocchi Di batate with tuna

Got this from an italian friend of mine. So easy for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cantuna
  2. 200 gmini tomatoes
  3. 200 gsweet peas in pod
  4. to taste thyme
  5. as neededolive oil
  6. 1/2lemon
  7. to taste salt and pepper
  8. 1 packagegnocchi

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Stir lemon juice and salt and pepper with tuna in a bowl. Set aside.

    Boil gnocchi until they all float. 2 minutes

  3. 3

    Fry peas until they shine. About 2 minutes. Remove from pan

  4. 4

    Fry gnocchi until it's golden. Add thyme and tomatoes and cook for 2 more minutes. Add peas for the last minute to warm up.

  5. 5

    Top with tuna and serve!
