  • 1/2 tspZeera powder
  • 1/2 tspDhaniya powder
  • 1 tspGaram Masala powder
  • 1/4 tsphaldi
  • 1/2 tbspanardana

    Karahi main 1/2 cup oil daal Kar Garam karle phir is main onions, garlic dal Kar tab take pakaye jab take light brown naw ho Jaye.

    Phir is main tomatoes, green chilli or ginger dal Kar 8,10 min. take pakaye.

    Phir is main sary masala jaat dal ke achi tarha hilaye 5 minutes take.
