Mouthwatering kaliji handi. It make your meal special. Always we making other ways. First time tried and it comes too delicious 😋.
Steps

Cut liver into small pieces and wash it. Put in strainer.

Now put kaliji in a bowl. Add vinegar., Mix it and marinate for 1 hour so that smell could be removed.

Wash it now. Again put in strainer to remove water.

In a bowl take yoghurt. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, garam masala, salt and mix it.

Add Kaliji (liver) mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

In a pan take oil heat up. Add star anaise, tez pat, cinnamon slices and ginger garlic paste and cook a minute.

Now add marinated liver and cook for 20 minutes.

Now add tomatoes puree, Handi Masala, red round chillies, salt and mix it. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove the cover add green chillies and cream. Slow the flame and cook for 5 minutes.

Delicious Kaliji handi is ready. Take out in plate. Garnish with ginger slices. Served with roti, raita, salad 🥗.
