Idli Coconut Chutney

Method....2 cup idli rava 1 cup rice half cup urad Dal soaked it for 6 to 8 hours...washed it...& Grind it fine batter...add pinch of soda mix well & lid covered it for 6 to 8 for farmatation...after that when idli batter is prepared first half add salt...& Oil greased it add idli batter..steam it for 10 minutes... ready to serve

In mixie jar add coconut green chillies ginger coriander leaves add water..grinds it fine add salt lemon juice.. heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds curry leaves..put tadka in coconut chutney..serve with idli.. enjoy
