Tiny Prawns Rice
Steps

Add 2 tbsp oil in a pan or kadai and stir fry 1onion,coriander leaves, ginger and garlic until golden brown.

Add in desiccated coconut and stir fry another 3 to 4 mins.

Grind the mixture into a fine paste once cooled down.

In a kadai,add oil and stir fry 1 onion.

Add in one tomato and saute untill it softens.

Add in the grinded paste and saute really well untill it leaves oil from edges.

Add in paprika powder, turmeric, coriander powder and onion-garlic masala.

Add in the tiny prawns and add salt as per taste.

Add water about 3 to 4 tbsp.

Cover it with lid adding water over it.

Chk to avoid bottom burns.

Once prawns are cooked thorough, dry the gravy

Add lemon juice and mix well

Add in Plain rice and mix well

Sprinkle chopped coriander
