Ingredients

  • 2.5 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1/4 cupghee
  • as neededWater
  • Oil for frying

    Collect all the ingredients together

    Now take big bowl and add all-purpose flour, sugar, ghee

    Make a tight dough with minimal amount of water.

    Rest dough for 15 to 20 minutes

    Now flatten the dough double the thickness of roti and cut into square shape

  6. 6

    Deep frying them in preheated oil on medium flame till they turn golden brown from both sides.

    Take out and serve with tea
