Ingredients

  • 1000 gBeef Mince 15% Fat
  • 4Medium Onions
  • 4-8 ClovesGarlic
  • 2 TeaspoonsGarlic Powder
  • 2 TeaspoonsItalian Seasoning
  • 4Beef Oxo Cubes
  • Mushrooms (preferred amount)
  • 2 TinsChopped Tomatoes

30mins to 1hr
  1. 1

    Chop the onions and put into a big pan with a little oil.

    Chop the garlic and add to the pan, turn on the heat and sweat the onions and garlic till soft.

    Add garlic powder and Italian Herb Seasoning to pan and cook for 2 mins.

    Add the Oxo Cubes and stir in.

    Add the Beef Mince and stir till cooked.

    Add the mushrooms and cook.

    Add the chopped tomatoes stir, heat and enjoy.
