Ingredients

  • 50 gmchopped cashewnuts
  • 50 gmchopped almonds
  • 50 gmMakhana/fox nuts
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/2 cupsugar(dhage wali mishri)
  • 50 gmmelon seeds
  • 25 gmKalonji(nigella seeds)
  • 1/2 teaspoonelachi (Cardamom)powder
  • 2 cupdessicated coconut
  • 1/4 cupchopped coconut
  • 100 mldesi ghee for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and add ghee in it. Put it on medium flame.once it's hot add makhana in it and cook it till it gets crispy.

  2. 2

    Now add almonds in it and cook it for 3-4 min and then add cashewnuts and cook it for 2 min.then add kalonji and cook it for 1 min.add chopped coconut in it and cook it for 2 min.

    Take out all these once they get roasted and add magajj in it and cook it for 2 min by covering it with lid.

  4. 4

    Take another pan and add water in it.once water boils add sugar and cardamon powder in it and cook it till sugar syrup is ready.

  5. 5

    Then add all the dryfruits in it and add dessicated coconut in it.mix it well so that dryfruits is coated with coconut and our dryfruits coconut panjeeri is ready.
