  • 20 gramsanchovy (minced)
  • 1 clovegarlic (minced)
  • 200 mlolive oil
  • 1dried cayenne pepper
  • 100-150 gramsyour preferred seafood
  • 1 sprigrosemary

    Finely chop the garlic and anchovies.

    Sauté the garlic and cayenne pepper in the olive oil to infuse it.
