Steps
- 1
Take all ingredients.
- 2
Finely powder the Moong dal with cardamom in the mixer.
- 3
Powder the sugar seperately in the mixer.
- 4
Then mix the moong dal powder and powdered sugar together.
- 5
Now mix the melted ghee and make lemon sized ball when it's little hot.
- 6
Now the yummy ladoos are ready to eat.
- 7
Note : Moong Dal should be powdered finely, if it's coarse the ladoo's will not taste good.
- 8
Here ghee is working as a binder and it elevates the flavour too. Less ghee will result in broken, crumbled balls.
- 9
Save in an airtight container & enjoy your nutritious snack for up to 2 weeks. No refrigeration required (if you are using enough ghee).
