Cut the paneer in square cubes and boil it for 10 mins

While the paneer is boiling,heat a pan add 2 tbspn of butter in a pan once the butter melts add in jeera/cumin seeds and then add onion and cook the onion till it's transperent then add in tomatoes.now add salt, turmeric powder,coriander powder and jeera powder,red chilli powder and a bit of water and close the pan and let the tomatoes become nice and soft,it will take 7 to 8 mins.

Once the tomatoes are nicely soft mash it with the masher so that the tomatoes are nicely mashed forming a thick gravy consistency,after that add in a cup of cream and stir it well till it comes to boil once after that add kasuri methi and garam masala and mix and 1/4th tpsn of sugar and one tbspn of amchur powder,Kashmiri Lal mirchfor the color of the gravy, if the gravy is thick add a hlf cup of water and let it cook for 5 mins and close the lid.

After 5 mins your panner butter masala is ready before serving garnish it with freshly chopped coriander and a bit of butter on the top and serve it with roti,naan or rice.
