  1. 50pesos worth of beef brisket for shredding

  4. 2 clovesgarlic
  5. 1/2 headromaine lettuce
  6. 1 handfulsuperfoods vegetable salad mix
  7. 2tomatoes
  8. 1/4onion
  9. 1 handfulcilantro
  10. Vinaigrette
  11. 2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil (30 ml)
  12. 1 tablespoonapple cider vinegar (15 ml)
  13. 1lime, juiced
  14. salt to taste
  15. pepper to taste
  16. 1 pinchground oregano

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the beef with water, onion, garlic, and salt for 1 1/2 hours or until tender, then shred.
