Steps

First seive maida and add yeast,yogurt,salt,sugar,dry milk and knead with warm water.

Rest for for 1or 2hours.now to make stufing saute lehsan adrak paste in oil and put chop small cubes if chicken.

Add all masala and then as tender add onion 1chop 3tbsp capiscum and carrot3tbsp veniger2tbsp in stir until cook.

As cook bring to normal temp

Now as cool add 2 tbsp mayo cream in it as dough rise distribute in two parts and one roll them and assemble.

Make hole with fork on roti rolled not thin then put stuffing of chicken vedlgi mayo.on half roti.

Then spread monzerala crushed chease and fold it and spread garlic butter paste.

In butter add salt,paper,garlic powder. Then on top crushed chilli.put in preheated oven 25mints ur bread is ready.

Put cut on it with knife.

Bake and serve garm garm
