This dish is family's favourite during rainy season. You can make this dish two ways. One - you can add onion and garlic and second - you can make without onion and garlic. I didn't use onion and garlic in this dish.

Cooking Instructions

Soak all the daal together for 8 hours or overnight. Wash all the daal before soaking.

In mixie jar take all daal, green chillies, ginger and salt. Crush it coarsely
- 3
Heat the pan with oil on medium flame. Put Vada and fry on medium to low flame till it gets brown colour.
- 4
It's ready. Serve with your favourite dip.
