Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 cupwhole Masoor
  2. 1/2 cupchana dal
  3. 1/2 cupUrad dal (with husk)
  4. 1/2 cupUrad dal (without husk)
  5. 1/4 cupMoong dal (with husk) or whole Moong
  6. 1/4 cupmoong dal (without husk)
  7. 6-7green chillies
  8. 2 tspginger
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. As neededOil to fry

Cooking Instructions

    Soak all the daal together for 8 hours or overnight. Wash all the daal before soaking.

    In mixie jar take all daal, green chillies, ginger and salt. Crush it coarsely

  3. 3

    Heat the pan with oil on medium flame. Put Vada and fry on medium to low flame till it gets brown colour.

    It's ready. Serve with your favourite dip.
