Curry chicken with rice

Prepare the white rice as normal

Sear chicken in pan until fully cooked. Remove from pan and set aside

Put oil, onion and garlic in pan.

Add 150ml of flour and water until reaching the desired amount of sauce. Add more to reach desired consistency

Add the spices, mix well.

Add the chicken. Mix. Serve
