Ingredients

5_6 servings
  1. 500gm beef mince
  2. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 1onion medium chopped
  6. 6Green chillies
  7. 2 tbspDhania and Podina chopped
  8. Seasme seeds
  9. 1/2 tspsalt
  10. 1 tspzeera powder
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  12. 1 tspred chilli powder
  13. 2 tbspAlmond or kaju paste
  14. For stuffing🌺
  15. 3hard boiled eggs(mashed)with salt black pepper and dhania
  16. Bread crumbs as required
  17. For gravy🌸🌸
  18. 1/4 cupoil
  19. 1 tspginger and garlic paste
  20. 1big Onion grated
  21. 1 tspzeera
  22. 1 tspsalt
  23. 1-2 tbsp almond or kaju peeled and chopped
  24. 1 tsptill roasted lightly
  25. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  26. 4Green chillies
  27. 1 tbspdnania
  28. 2 tbspdahi
  29. 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil qeema in 1cup water salt, ginger garlic paste till dries and cooked

  2. 2

    Cool andGrind it fine

  3. 3

    Now grind B ingredients fine and mix in the qeema well.

  4. 4

    Give this qeema mixture coal dum

  5. 5

    Make stuffing. Mash boiled eggs with salt and black pepper and fresh dhania chopped

  6. 6

    Make balls of qeema and put 2tsp of egg filling shape round or long

  7. 7

    Coat in Bread crumbs and fry to nice golden brown colour. Take out.

  8. 8

    Make gravy by grinding all ingredients written except oil and coriander

  9. 9

    Heat oil and Fry this masala till oil comes up add dhania

  10. 10

    Now cut foil in 6/6inch square and put 1 kabab in it and pour 1sp of the fried gravy on it and seal and put in hot oven, bake for 15_20 mins
