Ingredients

10 minutes
4 servings
  • 4buns (pav)
  • For vada
  • 3boiled potatoes
  • 3green chillies
  • 3 tspCoriander leaves
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • 1 tspfennel, coriander and sesame seeds powder
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • For dry chutney
  • 3 tspgram flour bundi
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • For assembling
  • 3 tspgreen coriander chutney
  • 3 tsptamarind chutney
  • For outer crust
  • 2 tspgram flour
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspcarrom seeds

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil n mash potatoes. Add all the ingredients above mentioned for making vada n mix well.

    Add salt, turmeric powder n carrom seeds to gram flour n add water. Make flowing consistency thin batter.

    Take some portion of potato mixture n make big vada out of it. Dip them in gram flour batter n deep fry them in hot oil.

    Then fry some bundi out of the batter. Add red chilli powder, salt, sugar n chat masala n grind it. Dry chutney is ready.

    Now take buns n apply green Coriander chutney n tamarind chutney. Place the vada between. N add dry chutney too.

    Now grill the vadas by flipping sides. Enjoy this yummy snack.
