Ingredients

  1. 200 grBatang fish
  2. Red chilli (big and small) 3 and 5
  3. 2Green chilli
  4. 4 clovesGarlic
  5. 5 clovesShallot
  6. Kefir lime leaves 3
  7. Pineapple 4cm thickness
  8. 150 mlWater
  9. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  10. Sugar and salt as you like

Cooking Instructions

    Clean and wash the fish

  2. 2

    Grill it to reduce the slime

  3. 3

    Grind garlic, shallot and chilli. Add some sugar and salt. Julienne the kefir lime leaves. Cut the pineapple into small triangle pieces.

    Sauté the ground ingredient, add the julienned kefir lime leaves then grilled batang fish. Pour water then pineapple. Cook until it is done.
