Steps

Take curd, add besan in that. Mix it properly. Add 2 glass of water. Add salt, green chillies and ginger. Let it boil on low flame. It should be thick but not too much.

Prepare seasoning, add Ghee, once it is hot, add mustard, jeera, dried red chilli, Fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and asfoitida. Add this to Kadhi. Let it boil for another 5 minutes.

Serve with Rice or Khichdi.
