Healthy Diwali snacks that are easy to make and so nutritive to have.
Steps

Take Jowar flakes and grind them into a fine powder.

In a bowl, add jowar flour, whole wheat flour, hing, salt, sesame seeds, cumin seeds and butter. Divide it into 2 parts.

In a grinder, add spinach leaves, green chillies and add 1/4 cup water to grind it into a fine paste.
Similarly, take beetroot and add green chillies and puree it using water. - 4
Add them to each part and knead it into a soft and stiff dough.
Cover it with a damp cloth and keep it aside for 30 minutes. - 5
After 30 minutes, take the spinach dough and using a chakli maker, make spinach chaklis.
Similarly, using beetroot dough, make beetroot chaklis. - 6
Grease a baking tray. Now seal or join one spinach chakli with a beetroot chakli and place them over a greased baking tray.

Preheat the oven or OTG at 200˚C for 15 minutes.
Bake at 200˚C for 15-20 minutes then take them out and turn them over and again bake for 15 minutes. - 8
Baked Spinach & Beetroot Jowar Chakli which is a perfect tea-time snack is ready!
