Take a bowl then add maida in it the add 2 tbsp oil,salt. Mix them well and the add water and knead the dough,the consistency of the dough should be soft.

Now after knitting the dough apply oil on the surface of the dough and cover it with a cloth and put it aside for 20- 30 mins.

On the other side cut onions, french beans, green chillies, carrot, capsicum, garlic and cabbage properly.

Then take a kadhai, then put oil and let the oil get heated up on a high flame, then add chopped onion saute it for few seconds then add all chopped veggies.

Then add salt,black pepper, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce now mix the sauce well in the veggies and cook it for 1 min.

Then put the mixture in the plate and cool it down in room temperature.

Now after 30 mins, take the dough and knit once again properly.

Now cut the dough in equal parts.

Now roll 3 equal size circular sheet of the dough.

Take first sheet apply oil properly and specially at the edge then sprinkle maida flour on it then put second sheet and on the first sheet and repeat the procedure then put 3rd sheet dont apply oil just sprinkle maida flour and roll it again into a very thin sheet.

Take a non-stick tawa let it get heated on low flame as the tawa get heated up put the sheet on it and just flip the sheet in 1-2 seconds as the sheets rise then flip it again and cook it again for 2 sec don't over cook.

Do the same procedure for all the cut dough.

As all the sheet are half cook then cool it then separate the sheet.

Now make flour and water paste.

Now take a big kadhai and add oil for deep frying.

Now take the single sheet put the mixture of veggies in the middle, roll then in the sheet and stick it properly with the flour and water paste which we made.

Repeat the same procedure for all the sheet and after that put the rolls in the hot oil deep fry it till the sheet become golden brown.

As the roll become golden brown remove it from the oil.

Now serve it accordingly.
