Ingredients

8 ozdried chickpeas
2 tspkosher salt
1 clovepeeled garlic
1/2 cuptahini
2Tbps lemon juice
Optional evoo for drizzling

Pressure cook chickpeas w/ 1tsp salt with 4cups h20. For 30min, natural release. Reserve 1 cup liquid

Drain chickpeas. Add all ingredients, puree in cuisinart. 3-5 min.

Add reserved liquid until desired consistency.
