  1. 1 cuptuvar dal
  2. 2 tspturmeric powder
  3. 2 tsplemon juice
  4. 2 tspmustard seeds
  5. 2 tspcumin seeds
  6. 6-7Curry leaves
  7. 2 tspsugar
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. 1 tbspoil
  10. For dhokli
  11. 1 Cupwhole wheat flour
  12. 1 tbspoil
  13. as per tasteSalt
  14. as neededTurmeric powder
  15. As neededRed chili powder
  16. as per neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly boil the dal in cooker for 3 to 5 whistle

    Now take a wheat flour in a mixing bowl add turmeric, Red chili powder,salt oil and knead a soft dough

  3. 3

    When dal is Boiled take it in big utensil and crushed it with blender and add turmeric powder,sugar,salt, lemon juice green chili, ginger and Cook it fir 5 to 10 more minutes

    Make thin chapati From dough and cut in square pieces and add in dal when dal is boiling

  5. 5

    Now take a little pan and heat oil in it now add mustard seeds,cumin seeds, Pinch of asafoetida and curry leaves and add it in a boiling dal

    Now serve it hot and garnish With coriander leaves,banana pieces and add lil ghee its totally optional
