Mix gram flour and curd well, so that no lumps are there. Now add water, salt, turmeric and giver extract and mix well.

Cook batter at medium flame and keep on stirring till becomes thick.

Now spread it on thalis or on kitchen platform to form thin sheet.

Mix grated coconut, chopped coriander and chillies, spread it on sheet. Now cut sheets into strips.

Roll the strips to make tight rolls. Decorate with remaining coriander coconut and chillies mixture and serve.
