Wash the okro and grate it or pound using mortar and pestle

In a pot heat palm oil then add sliced onions fry add grated scotch bonnet saute then add water add in the seasonings close and allow to boil then add the okro and a piece of portash keep stirring until it's cooked..Done I enjoyed mine with sinasir
