Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly you parboil the chicken with spices, seasoning, and scotch bonnets

  2. 2

    You season the flour in a separate bowl and whisk the egg in a separate bowl too

  3. 3

    After it’s parboiled you dip it inside flour then egg and back to the flour

  4. 4

    And deep fry it inside hot oil
