  • 1 tspoil
  • 1 tspurad dal
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1/2chopped capsicum
  • 1/2chopped carrot
  • 1chopped tomato
  • as per tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspghee

    Heat ghee in a pan...roast semolina and keep aside

    Chop all the veggies

    Heat oil in a pan add urad dal mustard seeds and all the veggies..cook it

    Add 1glass of water and let it boil

    Add semolina,salt and mix...serve hot.
