Roast and grind oats, make it like fine suji.

Now take a mixing bowl add sujiats flour, curd salt, pepper mix well add water ane make batter for uttapam

Now heat a nonstick tave, apply little oil, spread batter with paddle, now spread vegetables and corn over it.

Flip it and cooked it till crispy both sides.

Vegetable corn oats utpan is ready to serve.

Serve it with curd, green chutney, or tomato sauce.
