Knead a dough by mixing besan and malai...let it rest for 10mins

Then heat a pan add ghee and roast the dough on low flame till a nice aroma comes...add cardamom powder and mix well

Transfer it to a bowl

Add water and sugar to make sugar syrup..let the sugar melt...add food colour to it and boil for 2-3 mins

Then add roasted mixture to sugar syrup and mix well

Grease a plate and transfer this mixture and spread dry fruits

After 30mins cut it into any shape and enjoy.
