  • 1 tsphaldi
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • as requiredOil for frying
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead the dough of wheat flour, Ajwain,salt,suji and all dry masala with water

  2. 2

    Rest for 15 min

  3. 3

    Knead it again make puri and fry in oil
