Steps

Take 250 gms of Paneer and cut them in big cubes or in any shape you want.

Transfer all of the paneer in a bowl and then add red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala black pepper, ginger garlic paste. Coat all the masala well on all paneer.

Now take a bowl to that add 2 cups of besan, 3 tbsp of rice flour (for crisp). Add red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, sabut dhania and salt.

Make a thick batter as shown in pic below👇👇👇

Now take the paneer, coat it properly with batter and fry it in oil.

Paneer Pakoras are ready. wow they are amazing, crisp from outside and soft from inside🤤😋😋
