Must try recipe for crunchy and yummy homemade shev. I have added garlic in this can be made without garlic too.

Sieve besan in a big vessel

In mixer grinder add Cumin seeds, carrom seeds(ajwain), garlic and add water to make fine water consistency paste.

Then filter the paste and add in besan.

Add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, hot oil and hot water
- 5
Mix well and make a fine flowy consistency batter
- 6
Load the batter in shev/idiyappam making vessel (sacha)

Heat oil for frying
- 8
Drop the shev batter directly in oil in round spirals and fry for 4-5mins from both sides on medium flame.
