  • 200 gm besan
  • 100 gm grated bottle gourd
  • 20 gmsMethi leaves
  • 100 gmsCoriander leaves
  • 2green chillies
  • as per tasteAll masalas
  • 100 mloil
  • 50 mlcream

Steps

  1. 1

    Put little water in dough mixed with all greens n besan. Add Salt

  2. 2

    Add masalas to your taste. Fry in shallow pan. Remove when done

  3. 3

    Saute tomato.puree in the same pan. Add all the fried pakoras to the puree with 50 ml. Cream. Garnish n serve hot. Enjoy
