1Horse Mackerel
1 tbsp☆Ponzu
1 tsp☆Miso
1 tsp☆Mirin
1☆Green onions
1☆Sesame seeds

Fillet the fish into 3 pieces, and remove the skin. Remove the big bones, and pound into very small pieces to make tataki.

Mix the ☆ ingredients and Step 1, put on top of rice, then you're done.
