A simple homemade Pizza on a tawa without Yeast or Baking powder. I have used only Curd in the dough. That's it. As simple as that. Plus i have used only Olives in this along with Onions. And not only that, i have made it on a Tawa. This is not a baked one. And i have used only Olives as the main toppings. And it's done very easily too. It can be made on any day for those sudden cravings or hunger pangs. I have used Schezwan Chutney as the base for a change. Actually i was short of Pizza sauce and therefore came up with this quick alternative (jugaad). And iam happy that everyone liked it. But use it in minimal amount as it is spicy. You can also use Ketchup for the kids in place of It. Happy Cooking with Zee!

Knead a soft dough using Curd, Oil and warm water. Add Salt according to taste. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.

Roll into a medium sized roti, neither too thick nor too thin. Cook on a low heat on both the sides at first. Next is to spread the Chutney and add the toppings along with the shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Sprinkle some Oregano, Italian Seasoning and Pizza Chilli or Red Chilli flakes.

Cover and cook just until the Cheese melts. Slice and enjoy.
