Take raw fish in a bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder and mustard oil. Mix it well and then take a side.

Take a blending jar and add Tomato, garlic, onion(1 large size), ginger, dried red chillies and cumin seeds. Blend them into a fine paste.

Heat mustard oil (1 cup) in a Kadai properly. Add fish to the hot oil. Fry both side of the fish till golden brown and then take aside.

Add 2 tbsp mustard oil with the remaining oil in a kadai. Heat mustard oil properly. Add one large size sliced onion to the hot oil. Fry till golden brown. Sprinkle 1 pinch salt to the onion.

Add masala paste salt(2 tsp), turmeric powder (1.5 tsp) & coriander powder (2 tsp) to the onion.Cook till the oil separate from the paste.

After that add hot water to the masala paste. Then add fried fish and salted dried mango. Cook for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, it's ready to serve.
