Put sugar in a kadhai... keep on stirring continuously on low flame

Add vanilla essence and stir

Once it starts melting add food colour.

Switch off the flame assugar melts completely

Grease a plate and pour the sugar syrup to it
- 6
Give a cut mark when it is hot... break into pieces & enjoy.
