250 gmsmint leaves
25 Juice of lemons
2 cupswater

Take out the lemon juice of all the l25 lemons in a bowl and keep it aside.

Add 1 kg sugar to a pan and to it add 2 cups of water and boil it. Add 1 juice of a lemon to it so that the sugar does not crystallize.

Keep on stirring it continuously and cook it till one taar sugar syrup is made. Switch off the gas and let it cool down.

Now take the mint leaves and wash them thoroughly and blend them in the blender, Do not add water to blend instead add little lemon juice (extracted in step 1) to blend.

Now mix all the three, the sugar syrup, lemon juice, and mint leaves juice and strain it and preserve it in a clean, dry bottle.
